The Avampato Discovery Museum

The Avampato Discovery Museum

The Avampato Discovery Museum is the perfect place to take your kids anytime. Housed on two floors inside the Clay Center, they offer 12,000 square feet of rotating exhibits to ensure that you never get bored when going back time and time again.

If not to out do itself, the Discovery Museum also rotates kid’s programs such as Civil Engineering, video game creator, and more.

If that’s not enough, there’s also the Caperton Planetarium & Theater. Their newly upgraded software means better quality stargazing along with the ability to view films and presentations in 3D. Some of the current films playing are:

  • Robot Explorers
  • Stars of the Pharaohs
  • Cosmic Adventure
  • And more!
